Pirates Say Thanks!
The Vashon Pirates would like to extend sincere thanks to True Value Hardware of Vashon Island for their generous donation of a propane barbeque grill at our doubleheader potluck on Sunday, April 14th. When store manager, John Yates, was approached by a team mother asking about the possibility of using their grill, he didn't hesitate to offer the grill's use to the teams at no charge! Needless to say, no grill, no barbeque! Thanks, John for continuing to support Pirates Baseball!
